Dotted Eyes evolves to meet customers’ needs
We’re pleased to announce the most significant change in our 20 year history. We have split Dotted Eyes into two separate businesses, namely our online business, miso, and our services business, now called Dotted Eyes. The catalyst for this change is simply down to our continual push to improve our customer’s experience.
We have been highly successful at delivering software and data to a wide range of customers, earning ourselves top level Platinum and Premier Partnerships with Ordnance Survey, Mapinfo and Safe Software. At the same time, we have built up a highly successful services business, delivering consultancy and software development to some of the biggest names around.
Whilst these two customers groups both need great customer service and advanced technological capabilities, we realised the need for them to be delivered in different ways. In response, we are investing heavily in splitting the business so that each half can now focus solely on the best way to deliver its services.
Thus data, software and automated services are now delivered from our online miso portal, which excels at speed, convenience and usability. Whereas the service engagement business, named Dotted Eyes, can now focus on comprehensive, high quality engagements.
